Arno Shahbandari, also known as Arno Onra, is a highly skilled interdisciplinary creator who captivates viewers with his imaginative worlds through his exceptional talent in illustration, graphic design, and digital photography. Hailing from Tehran, Iran, and deeply rooted in his Armenian heritage, he has chosen Los Angeles as his current base to further his studies and pursue his flourishing professional career. With years of experience in the graphic design and illustration industry, Arno has successfully collaborated with a wide range of teams and delivered outstanding freelance projects for numerous esteemed companies.

 

Arno's distinctive minimalist style expertly combines the principles of the Bauhaus movement, Memphis Design, Cubism, Street Art, Pop Art, and Brutalism with elements of his Armenian heritage, resulting in captivating artworks characterized by flat colors and geometric elements. Over the course of his career, he has successfully undertaken numerous illustration and graphic design projects, as well as provided professional photography services to a wide range of esteemed brands. Currently, Arno primarily operates as a freelance artist, having established the renowned brand "Arno Onra" and its iconic Smiley Face Logo in 2015.
